Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription has started.

However, customers may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if they have not attended any live classes or accessed premium learning materials.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method.

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
